A good article reinforcing what’s required to “ make it” on Medium.

Being a relatively new member I do find that the “big names” get curated and featured far more. Seems the same authors are always recommended or appear higher up.

To me that’s a challenge, I guess common in any industry, to break in, and be given a chance.

You’re right, though, we need to focus on our writing and less on other variables which we may not be able to control.
