My first thought was good on Flynn for having the balls and motivation to reach out. That hooked me in.

But then it was the process and presentation that made me want to reply and have a chat. You cant be all show and no substance.

On Zoom he came across as very professional and way more mature than I was at 17. Or even 27. Probably 37.

And while I’m not a “big” writer by any means I always feel we should pay it forward and help others if possible. I had mentors and advice when I was starting out and it's important to keep that happening.
