Pavle- that's abolsutely true every comment is an investment in time and thats why writers should reply to good and bad.

A negative comment is still an opportunity. It is like a customer who complains at a restaurant. They give the manager a chance to fix it, rather than the disgruntled customer who says nothing but never returns.
